A Home From Home
At Corbally House we strive to create a genuine home-from-home environment where every resident feels valued, respected and supported. We recognise that this is our residents’ home, and our role is to provide professional care while preserving their independence, dignity and personal choice.
Person-Centred Care
Residents are encouraged to make choices about their daily lives and participate in decisions relating to their care. Individual care plans reflect each resident’s personal wishes, routines and healthcare needs, ensuring care remains focused on the individual rather than simply their medical condition.
Family Involvement
Families play an important role in the wellbeing of our residents. We operate an open visiting policy and warmly welcome relatives and friends throughout the year. Family members are encouraged to attend residents’ meetings, participate in celebrations and remain actively involved in their loved one’s care whenever appropriate.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
Residents are encouraged to voice any concerns, suggestions or feedback. A formal complaints procedure is in place, together with access to the Ombudsman where appropriate, ensuring every concern is managed fairly, respectfully and transparently.
Our management team continually reviews policies, procedures and quality standards to ensure Corbally House continues to provide a safe, caring and supportive environment for every resident.
